Prawns and Pasta
Mike often asks me to cook his favourite Prawns and Pasta. I love to cook and this recipe is one of my own inventions "Geri Surprise" - never the same way twice.
Collection of Favourite Zucchini Recipes
We usually grow TONS of Zucchini. We desperately try to pick them small but as any gardener knows these things hide in the shadows and grow big - like some mad scientist's experiment gone bad.
Stuffed Tomatoes
So we have three small summer greenhouses that Mike FILLS with tomato plants - his pride and joy. He starts his plants from seeds and grows the most glorious selection of tomatoes.
