Laundry and Little Bathroom - this room is so small but we still have to cramb a toilet, sink and shower into it. HE would like a bigger shower, I would like the sink moved and to have the toilet away from the door.

Interesting and simple
Office - this room will be in what we fondly call the "pool room". When we bought this house - there was a pool table in this room. I believe this room used to be the garage and it was converted. My "dream" would be to divide this room in two - so HE can have his wine room and I can have an office. But my ultimate dream would have been to have this as my craft/sewing room. NOT A CHANCE He says.
Living Room - I think we will be doing this room AFTER the Laundry and Little Bathroom. I am hoping it will not be a big job - it will require take down of all the shelves, carpet gone, drywall down, reinsulate, rewire - wire for surround sound - new lighting OH MY this may be bigger than I thought.
