Zucchini Apple Pie

1 large zucchini - the bigger the better
cinnamon, nutmeg and any other spices you like in an apple pie
1 cup of sugar
squeeze of lemon
3 tbsp. of flour
butter
pastry for a bottom and a top

Peel the zucchini, remove all the seeds and cut into quarter lenghtwise and then cut into 1/8" to 1/4" slices. Steam them until translucent. Put in a bowl to cool. When cool add pie spices, sugar, lemon and sprinkle with a bit of flour. Mix all together. Put into your pie shell. Dot the top with the butter. Place the pastry pie top on to the filling and crimp the edges.
